-- Report on bids received for construction of a Metal Canopy for the City
of Saiina's Fuel Facility.
Background:
The Metal Canopy will provide for some protection while city employees are
fueling their vehicles during rainy and snowy weather.
The costs for the canopy will be paid from the Capital Improvements.
The City received two valid bids on October 12, 1993.

D & S Petroleum, Inc. 12,336.24
Estimate $14,800.00
Recommendation:
The Staff recommends the contract for a Metal Canopy for the City's Fuel
Facility be awarded to the low bidder D & S Petroleum, Inc. for $12,336.24.
