We as client want the best possible outcome of service and agree to follow your suggested revision in scheduling. This summarizes the schedule as you have articulated it to us: Thur., Sept. 20 Roll out of survey data for Steering Committee Meet with Salina Arts and Humanities Commission (SAHC) staff; Finish strategic plan with Smoky Hill Museum staff. Wed. - Thur., Oct. 24-25 Vetting of the first draft plan and recommendations. In 75 minute sessions/blocks by topic. Fri., Dec. 7 Diane sends revised draft to SAHC for review by Commissioners, City and SAHC staff, key Steering Committee members. Fri., Dec. 21 SAHC (John) sends responses to Diane. Mon., Jan. 14,2008 Presentation of final draft plan draft to the City Commission. Wed., Jan. 23 Send final report to City for inclusion in City Commission packet (using revisions from City Commission input). Monday, Jan. 28 Submit the final plan to the Commission for approval. The revised schedule allows us to still begin implementation early in 2008, appropriate to meet the expectations raised throughout the process. I look forward to continuing to work with and learn from you, Diane.
