First Reading Ordinance Number 93-9579, authorizing the issuance of Water
and Sewerage System Revenue Bonds, Series 1993A, in the amount of
$3,200,000.
This Ordinance provides for the final financing of the improvements at
Wastewater Plant Number 1 and of the Interceptor Sewer Project. The
Ordinance authorizes:
1) Issuance, sale and delivery of the bonds.
2) Approval of an agreement with the State Treasurer to serve as Bond
Registrar.
3) Preparation of the final official statement.
Recommended Action
1) Introduce Ordinance Number 93-9579 for first reading.
