Set new bid date for Street and Utility Improvements in Laurie Subdivision and
Tasker Addition, Project No. 93-873.
Background
On May 17, 1993, the City Commission approved the plans and specifications and
set the bid date of June 8, 1993 for the captioned project. Since that date,
the Engineering Department has made some minor modifications and clarifications
to the plans and specifications. For that reason, a delay has occurred in
distributing the project documents to potential bidders and subsequently the bid
date should be extended.
Recommendation
It is recommended that the City Commission Set a new bid date for Street and
Utility Improvements in Laurie Subdivision and Tasker Addition, Project No.
93-873, on Tuesday, June 22, 1993.
