Resolution Number 93-4592, determining the advisability of certain curbing,
guttering, paving, grading, lateral sanitary sewer, water main and service,
and storm drainage improvements in the Laurie Subdivision and Tasker
Addition, estimating the cost thereof, defining the boundaries of the
improvement district, method of assessment, and apportioning the cost between
the improvement district and the city-at-large.
This is the third step in the improvement process.
At the next Commission meeting, a resolution authorizing and ordering the
improvements will be on the agenda for consideration.
These.improvements were requested in petitions filed by the property owners of
the two. additions.
