RESOLUTION NUMBER 83-3657
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE RATES, FEES OR CHARGES FOR THE USE OF
THE SEWERAGE SYSTEM AND SERVICES RENDERED BY THE COMBINED WATER AND SEWERAGE
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That pursuant to Section 41-86 of the Salina Code the
following rates, fees and charges are hereby established for use of the sewerage
system of the Salina Water and Sewerage Department, to be effective January 1,
11984:
Inside city rates except for multiple living units of four
or more in number served by a master water meter:
First 500 cubic feet $2.05 per month minimum
@ $0.41 per hundred cubic feet
Next 500 cubic feet
@ $0.33 per hundred cubic feet
Next 1,000 cubic feet
@ $0.30 per hundred cubic feet
Next 3,000 cubic feet
@ $0.25 per hundred cubic feet
Next 15,000 cubic feet
@ $0.20 per hundred cubic feet
Next 20,000 cubic feet
@ $0.14 per hundred cubic feet
Next 40,000 cubic feet
@ $0.10 per hundred cubic feet
Next 70,000 cubic feet
@ $0.07 per hundred cubic feet
All over 150,000 cubic feet
@ $0.04 per hundred cubic feet
Multiple living units of four or more units, served
by a master water meter:
First 500 cubic feet $2.05 per month minimum
All over 500 cubic feet
@ $0.33 per hundred cubic feet
Flat rate sewer $2.25.
Outside city rates, except in cases of special contract,
are double the minimum plus 25% additional for all in
excess of the minimum.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect I
'January 1, 1984.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
15th day of August, 1983.
