RESOLUTION NUMBER 83-3644
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN "ECONOMIC IMPACT STUDY FOR A PROPOSED
REGIONAL SHOPPING CENTER".
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Proposal No. D-3460 made by the Midwest Research
Institute of Kansas City, Missouri, for an "Economic Impact Study for a Proposed
Regional Shopping Center", dated May 4, 1983, as modified by their letter of
May 13, 1983, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Salina.
Section 2. That the acceptance of this proposal is contingent upon the
funds for said study be provided by sources other than those of the City of
Salina, Kansas.
Section 3. That any funds received by the City for this study be
segregated from the general city funds and that they be placed in a separate bank
account under the joint control of the Mayor and City Manager,
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
16th day of May, 1983.
