A RESOLUTION APPROVING A THREE (3) MILL LEVY FOR THE SALINA AIRPORT
AUTHORITY FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1982.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. Pursuant to K.S.A. 27-322 consent is hereby given to the
Salina Airport Authority to levy a tax of three (3) mills on each dollar of the
assessed tangible valuation of the property located within the corporate limits
of the City of Salina, Kansas, for the year 1982 for the furtherance of the
purposes of the Authority.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this
resolution to the County Clerk of Saline County, Kansas.
Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
Adopted and approved by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas, and approved by the Mayor in regular session this 9th day of
August, 1982.
