RESOLUTION NUMBER 88-3954
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA AND CROP SERVICE
CENTER, INC. FOR THE REMOVAL OF LIME SLUDGE FROM CITY OWNED
STORAGE PITS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Salina are
hereby authorized to execute an agreement between the City of Salina Crop
Service Center, Inc. for the removal of lime sludge from city owned storage pits
Northeast of Salina
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
1st day of February, 1988.
