RESOLUTION NUMBER 87-3938
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DESIGNATION OF CUSTER
STREET AS THE THROUGH STREET AT THE INTERSECTION OF FRANKLIN
STREET; AUTHORIZING' THE INSTALLATION AND MARKING OF FRANKLIN
STREET WITH "STOP" SIGNS AT THE INTERSECTION OF FRANKLIN STREET
AND CUSTER STREET.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That in accordance with the provisions of Article 20,
Chapter 8 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, the installation of "Stop" signs on
Franklin Street at Custer Street is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized and directed to
implement the traffic control changes by causing the necessary signs to be
I installed in accordance therewith.
Section 3. That the provisions of this resolution shall be in effect
upon adoption of this resolution and upon the installation of the appropriate
signs or markings giving notice thereof.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
16th day of November, 1987.
