A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING' APPLICATION FEES FOR PLANNING
RELATED SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH ADMINISTRATION OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE AND SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS; AMENDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 84-3742 AND REPEALING THE
EXISTING RESOLUTION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the application fees for planning related services
associated with administration of the zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations
of the City of Salina, Kansas shall be as follows:
ANNEXATION None
APPEAL Board of Zoning Appeals $75.00
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
(within existing structure) 75.00

Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
