Consideration of 1993 authorization for remaining 1992 projects.
Each year in our budgeting process, we identify a good number of projects for
funding in the upcoming budget. Invariably, we end up with some projects
which are not accomplished during the budget year, which should be carried
forward into the next year. For 1992, we have identified three (3) operating
budget projects which were not completed and require City Commission action to
authorize staff to proceed on these projects in 1993. The projects are:

Cdmprehensive Plan Printing 2,947
Records Management 3,000
Total $8,082
Funds budgeted to accomplish these projects in 1992 were not spent and have
been carried forward into 1993 as a part of each fund's beginning fund
balance. The 1993 budget for each fund is sufficient to allow inclusion of
these projects.
Recommended Action
Authorize the above projects in 1993.
