The final breakdown has been filed by the City Engineer for Engineering Project
91-836, for street and utility improvements' in Meyer, King and Mayfair Additions,
and street improvements on the connecting link of the frontage road parallel with
South Ninth Street, and street improvements of the connecting link of Sprecker
Drive from the South line of Republic Avenue to the north line of Bradshaw
Drive.
The total cost of the project is $186,050.32
Property Owner's Share : $1.86,050.32

'Monday, February 1, 1993.
At .th~ conclusion of the public hearing on February 1, 1993, :an assessment
' ~rd{~'de ShOUld be introduced for first reading. The assessment ordinance will be
scheduled for adoption on February 8, 1993 and publication on February 12, 1993.
On that date the property owners will be mailed a notice giving them an
opportunity to pay the principal cost of the improvement with no interest cost.
March 1§, 1993 the 30 day period ends to pay cash with no interest costs.
March 22, 1993 - the City Commission will be asked to set April 12, 1993 to receive
bids on the sale of General Obligation, Internal Improvement Bonds.
May 20, 1993 is the scheduled date for bond closing.
Recommended action
Set Monday, February 1, 1993 for a public hearing on the proposed assessments
and instruct the City Clerk to publish a notice of the public hearing, and to mail
a notice of the public hearing to each property owner in the benefit district.

STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS

TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED:
The Board of commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, will meet
in the City Commission Meeting Room, Room 200, City- County Building,
300 West Ash Street, Salina, Kansas, on Monday, the 1st day of February,
1993, at four o'clock p.m., C.S.T., to consider the proposed assessments for
the following improvements, to-wit:
MEYER ADDITION
AND
REPLAT OF MEYER ADDITION
Curbing, guttering, paving, grading of MEYER DRIVE from the
south line of Martin Avenue to the end of the cul-de-sac.
Installation of a water main and water service to serve Lots
through 6, Block 1, Replat of Meyer Addition.
Installation of water main and water service to serve Lots 11 and
12, Block 5; and Lots 29 and 30, Block 6, Meyer Addition.
KING ADDITION
Instailation off water service line of Lot 4, Block 1, King
Addition.

Curbing, guttering, paving and grading of BENTLEY AVENUE

Kansas, described as follows: Beginning at a point four hundred
eighty-three and eighty-eight hundredths feet (483.88') South of
the Northeast corner of said Lot One (1); Thence South along the
East line of said Lot One (1), three hundred forty-seven and
eighty-one hundredths feet (347.81'); Thence West nine hundred
one and fifty-one hundredths feet (901.51') to a point on the West
