ORDINANCE NUMBER 94-9668
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE
TWENTY-FOOT (20') PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED BETWEEN LOTS ONE
(1) THROUGH SEVEN (7), BLOCK ONE (1), LEAVENWORTH ADDITION AND
THE DRY CREEK CHANNEL IN THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY,
KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the twenty-foot (20') public right-of-way adjacent to
the east line of Lots One (1) through Seven (7), Block One (1), Leavenworth
Addition and the Dry Creek Channel in the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described portion of public right-of-way
which is vacated by this ordinance, shall revert entirely to Lots One (1)
through Seven (7), Block One (1), Leavenworth Addition.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
