Background
The captioned project involves the demolition of houses, duplexes,
accessory buildings and garages at the three following addresses:
501-503 South Tenth
318 North Oakdale
12lB South Oakdale
Commercial Building (Ideal Cleaners)
Garage
House
These structures are a portion of the 10 condemned buildings from
the 1994 Dangerous Structures Project. Ail others were repaired or
removed by the owners.
Bids were received for the project on Tuesday, December 6, 1994 as
follow:
