Amendment to Salina Water Treat Public ArtAMENDED AGREEMENT RELATING TO
SALINA WATER TREATMENT PLANT PUBLIC ART
This Amended Agreement is entered into this P44� day of February, 2007, by and
between the City of Salina, Kansas (the "City") and Kent Williams d/b/a Kent Williams
Environmental Design ("KWED").
This Amended Agreement revises the Agreement Relating to Salina Water Treatment
Plant Public Art, dated the 20—" day of June, 2005 as described below. All other terms of the
Agreement remain in effect.
THE PARTIES, therefore covenant and agree:
TUBULAR SCULPTURES
Paragraph 1, Cost. Delete the paragraph in its'entirety and insert the following:
1. Cost. KWED shall be responsible for materials, fabrication, painting, script
design, and delivery of Tubular Sculptures for an amount of $57,540.00."
BASIN SCULPTURES
Paragraph 7, Cost. Delete the paragraph in its entirety and insert the following:
7. Cost. KWED shall be responsible for materials, fabrication, painting, delivery and
installation of the Basin Sculptures for an amount of $69,728.00."
